Gorgeous, tropical beach cottage with ocean view and blocks to the beach and downtown Encinitas near Moonlight Beach (shopping, restaurants & nightlife) as well as public transportation (Bus & Coaster station 2 blocks away). This privately fenced beach cottage which sleeps 2 couples (5-6 people max), includes small front porch/redwood deck with fenced in small grass yard as well as a backyard with a luxury 6 person spa / hot tub (hot 24/7) with outdoor "after beach" shower. Also includes portable outdoor fireplace and gas BBQ as well as digital cable TV, LCD HDTV, DVD/VCR, Playstation2 w/games, 3-4 beach cruisers bicycles, 4 Boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, lots of beach towels, a desktop computer with high speed cable modem and WiFi (wireless) internet access (802.11) for use free of charge (all available upon request). Clothes Washer & dryer in attached storage garage. Master bedroom includes queen-size bed and new 27" wall mounted LCD HDTV w/DVD/VCR. Smaller room has bunk beds (full size on bottom and twin on top), 21" TV w/DVD/VCR, door to patio & medium size dog door installed in this room. Photos and video are available, upon request. April & May - $1100/week or $160/night June & Sept 8th-30th - $1300/week or $200/night July & August & Sept. 1st-8th - $1500/week or $230/night October through May - $1200/week or $185/night $600 deposit (extra Pet fee deposit of $150 plus a flat fee of $50 per stay) $100 cleaning fee. Credit Cards can be used for an additional 3% charge.
