This is a retreat house with a large patio and a pool that had been entirely renovated a year ago and newly furnished and equiped with the top appliances, including a music system and 3 plasma TV's.To make a vacation, a dream, free daily access to the facilities of the Beverly Hills Country Club had been provided to the renters of this house that includes heated pools, jaccuzi, sauna, gym, etc. The club has also 10 tennis courts, a dining room, a snack bar etc.
